eMakhosini is renowned as a conference venue thanks to its central location, parking for 60 vehicles and up-to-date facilities. The main room seats up to 160 people and can be broken down into three separate rooms of different sizes.

The 3 main conference rooms, available in a number if seating arrangements, can accommodate 35, 45 and 64 in comfort and elegance. The rooms are elegantly embraced with the marriage of French Colonial, Traditional Zulu and a distinction of passionate royalty. eMakhosini boasts with three conference centers. The Ndaba room is the center of three rooms, L-shaped with an entrance from the lounge and a balcony providing seclusion and privacy. The Jama Room, also with a balcony, is an executive Boardroom ideal for small business meetings. The rectangular Phunga Room has an entrance from the pool terrace and opens into the Indaba and Jama Rooms to become one massive conference room – ideal for seminars – ideal for the king.
A maximum of 150 banquet style, 100 cinema style, 45 u-shape and 70 schoolroom style, can be seated with various styles to accommodate delegates. The conference package includes meals, pastries, stationery, the use of a private meeting room with an ISDN line and equipment such as an overhead projector; screen; flip chart; white board, television; video; cam recorder and optional extras such as data projector; roving and label microphones, a public address system, WI-FI hotspots and fascimile.
