Glenburn Lodge Conference Packages

Glenburn Lodge and Kloofzicht Lodge, proud members of the Guvon Hotel Group, are known for their excellent conference facilities in the beautiful Muldersdrift countryside, just 40 minutes from both Johannesburg and Pretoria. Due to an increased demand for conference facilities, both hotels have launched brand new conference facilities.

Inspired by the tradition of fly fishing at Glenburn Lodge, the venue has been named The Coachman. At 18m by 9.5m, the new venue at Glenburn Lodge accommodates up to 100 delegates, cinema style. It can further be subdivided into three breakaway rooms, each approximately 60 square metres. Drop-down screens, state of the art conference equipment and wireless internet access are available for delegates. The Coachman is wheel chair accessible.

The conference centre includes fourteen venues: Glenkyle, Glencove and Glenwillow feature banqueting as well as conference facilities. The largest venue , Glenkyle, can take up to 300 delegates at a time. The Coachman, the Boardroom, Greenwell's Glory, Guineaufowl, Mallard, Marabou, Minnow, Muddler, Pheasants Tail, Royal Clansman and Williams Favourite provide conference facilities for groups between six and 150. Conference venue names were either inspired by Glenburn Lodge's fly fishing tradition and fly names, or the Scottish names reflecting the beautiful natural surrounds.
