Grand Roche Conference Packages

The Vineyard Venue Banqueting Centre is surrounded by vineyards and plum orchards and is situated alongside the award-winning Bosman's Restaurant and Grande Roche Hotel.

This 5-star conferencing hall and amphitheatre - which seats 350 people - can be transformed to accommodate a variety of social functions e.g. weddings, anniversaries, product or vehicle launches and demonstrations. The venue is roughly 200 square meters and can be divided into 3 equal sections with seating for 10 to 200 people, depending on the setup. There are also two syndicate rooms seating eight - for smaller breakaway group activities or intensive training sessions.

Packages

The Conference Day Package

We offer a comprehensive conference package which can be tailor-made to suit your specific needs. A basic outline of what we offer follows:

- Tea and coffee on arrival
- Morning and afternoon break consisting of tea, coffee, juices and filtered water served with pastries and
   scones or, for the health conscious, fruit   salad, fresh fruit and herbal teas.
- A three course business luncheon served in our award-winning Bosman's Restaurant.
- For 25 delegates or more, a finger luncheon in the Vineyard Venue Conference Centre.
- Standard equipment (TV, VCR, overhead projector, screen, whiteboard, flipchart)
- Room Hire
- Any conference equipment, other than the standard items, may be hired at an additional cost.
- Extended stays and other activities can be arranged.

Conference Stay-over Package

- A welcome drink awaits you on arrival at Grande Roche with a fruit basket and mineral water in your suite.
- This includes one night's accommodation in a luxury suite - including a full South African breakfast buffet    with sparkling wine & oysters.
- For your relaxation you can enjoy our swimming pools, tennis courts and the health & fitness centre.
- A three course gourmet dinner in our award-winning Bosman's Restaurant, (Beverages excluded).

Meal Options (Special dietary requirements can be catered for by prior arrangement.)
